Valero Energy Foundation and Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Coastal Bend Regional Science Fair

Districts must register for the Regional Science Fair.

District registration deadline: EXTENDED TO January 25

Districts must register before individual projects can be registered. Upon district registration, the Regional Science Fair will provide districts with a link for project registration. THE FOLLOWING LINK IS ONLY FOR DISTRICT REGISTRATION, NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL SCHOOLS OR PROJECTS.

Students/parents/must fill out the waiver form.

Parents and students must download and sign the required waiver form. Parents will upload the waiver within the project registration form (see step 3).

Note that for team projects, each participant will need their own waiver.


step 3

Team and individual projects must register for the Regional Science Fair.

Project registration deadline: EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 1

The lead teacher will provide the project registration link. (The Regional Science Fair provides this link to districts upon district registration completion.)

*Your school district or school organization needs to have completed Step 1 before you can use this link to register your project. If you do not see your district or organization in the list, this means they have not yet paid these fees.

*The signed waivers described in Step 2 will be uploaded during project registration.


step 4

Lead teachers for grades 6-12 need to register their school/s for Scienteer.

Scienteer teacher registration deadline: EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 11

 


step 5

Grades 6-12 projects must register on Scienteer.

Lead teachers need to register their school/s for Scienteer.

Participants in grades 6-12 must additionally register via Scienteer. The lead teacher will provide the Scienteer link for your school.
